Teaching practice phase 1(20/11/23-24/11/23)

20/11/23

This is the 19 th day of my teaching practice at St. Stephen’s High School pathanapuram. Today also I teach them, the balance portion of the chapter ‘The wooden cup ‘. Later I got substitution periods. 

21/11/23 

This was tuesday, so  I had sixth hour. I used Flash cards to teach them the unfamiliar words.That was a surprising for me because my general teacher ( George sir) came to observe my teaching. And he gave necessary guidance for me to improve. So, that day end with happy memories. 

22/11/23

Today,I had third hour. I teach them the balance portion of ‘The wooden cup’. Later, I gave them the question answers for them. Then, I got substitution hours at different classes. 

23/11/23

This is the 22 nd day of my teaching practice. After taking my allotted class, I got substitution hours, and also we took part in the cleaning activity done by the NCC group of St. Stephen’s High school pathanapuram. Our College NSS Volunteers took actively participated with them in the cleaning session. So, the day end with lots of memories with students. 

24/11/23

This was the 23 nd day of my teaching practice. Today, I got substitution hours and at the afternoon session I teach them the new chapter at 7 B. We took take part in serving the noon meals. When the bell rang at 3.45 after the National Anthem we all packed our bags for going back to home.

Teaching practice phase 1 - Fourth week (13/11/23-17/11/23)

13/11/23

 It is the 14 th day of my teaching practice at St. Stephen's High school pathanapuram. Today I had third period at 7 B ,my optional teacher came to observe my class. After that he gave me necessary guidance for improving my teaching method. Later I got substitution hours. So, today , gave new experiences for me to improve myself. 

14/11/23

As, Usual our team reached school at 9.Am . After signing the attendance register, some of them went to take their class and i got substitution hours in two class in the morning session,at afternoon I took my class at 7 B. 

15/11/23

Today, I had third hour at 7 B and  I completed the poem "somebody's Mother ".I got substitution hours and conducted games for students. 

16/11/23

We  reached the school at 9.Am , I got substitution hours and I took my class at 7 B. Later I went to serve afternoon meal for the students. 

17/11/23 

 It is the eightieth day of my teaching practice.During the morning session I got substitution hours at two class and, I took  my concerned class, and I also took  the classes at other class which was given my concerned teacher. we conducted  science quiz for students  at St. Stephen's High school. At 3.45 we packed our bags for going back to homes. 



Teaching practice 1 st phase : Third week (8/11/23-10/11/23)

On 8 th November, again our teaching practice phase 1 st started. At sharp 9.Am our teaching practice team reached the school. After a short conversation with Headmaster, we settled down in our allowed place and took active participation in exam duties ( November Test). I took my first lesson plan in my allotted class ( 7 B) . I was happy because majority of them actively participated during classroom discussion. After 3.45 pm, we packed our bags for going back to our homes.Thus, our first day end with lots of memories. 

9/11/2023

 It is the 12 th day of my teaching practice at St. Stephen's High school, pathanapuram. Today, I had third hour at 7 B. There I conducted a small diagnostic test for my students, in order to understand whether my teaching method are benefit for them to understand. I realized that majority of them were abled to answer accurately to the questions. So, I felt so happy. Later, I got substitution hours and exam duties. 

10/11/2023

 As usual our team reached school at 9.Am . During the morning session, I got exam duties at 7 C and 8 D. After lunch break, I taught my students (7 B) a new poem. I was somewhat abled to handle my students during class time. They are now more cooperative than earlier. After National Anthem , we packed our belongs for leaving the school.
